UNIVERSAL LOGISTICS As a transport agency and company dedicated to the storage and transport of perishable and non-perishable products, it is aware of and assumes its commitment to quality, according to the ISO 9001: 2015 reference standard, for which the Management establishes the following principles:

• Our services guarantee the maintenance of the safety, quality and integrity of the product during transport.
• We are specialists in the transport of products at controlled temperatures, either from 2º to 8º or from 15º to 25º, with the necessary technical means to guarantee the traceability of shipments.
• We establish quality objectives that allow us to evaluate the continuous improvement of our products and services.
• We carry out an analysis of the context and the relevant processes of the organization, establishing the relevant improvements in each case, depending on the results obtained and the established objectives.
• We carry out a risk analysis, appropriate to the context of the organization, in order to adopt measures to minimize them.
• We promote the professional and personal development of our collaborators and guarantee their technical competence. Our staff is trained in good distribution practices (GDP), an essential requirement in the pharmaceutical sector.
• We are committed to determining customer requirements and meeting them with the purpose of increasing customer satisfaction.
• We encourage cooperation and mutual respect with employees in order to improve the operation of our company and to ensure that customers receive the best care from us.
• We guarantee the correct state of the facilities and the necessary equipment so that they are in correspondence with our activity. Our fleet is state-of-the-art with a low pollutant level and they are equipped and comply with all the guarantees to respond to the logistics needs of the pharmaceutical industry and the parameters described in the manual of good practices for the distribution of medicines or GDP's.
• We comply with all the requirements of the legislation applicable to our activity, the commitments acquired with our clients and all those internal regulations or guidelines of action to which we voluntarily submit.
• We make our policy available to interested parties so that they can consult it.

These principles are assumed by the Management, who has the necessary means and provides its employees with sufficient resources to comply with them.
